Step 1 OVF Deployment

Procedure

Let's by logging in to vCenter or ESXi.

Register a VM

Right Click and Host/Cluster and Select 'Create/Register VM' Tap on the image to see it in fullscreen.

Deploy OVA

Select 'Deploy a Virtual Machine from an OVF or OVA file' Tap on the image to see it in fullscreen.

Specify the Name of the VM

Specify a Virtual Machine Name of your choice, we'll use 'OpsCenterVM-QuickSetup' for this tutorial. Tap on the image to see it in fullscreen.

Specify the Datastore

Select an datastore with sufficient capacity based on you installation type. You can review the Size requirements here: Requirements for Ops Center . Tap on the image to see it in fullscreen.

Specify the Network

Select a Network Mapping Interface where you'd like to expose the Management network. We'll use the default 'VM Network' for this example. Tap on the image to see it in fullscreen.

Finalize and Power On

Complete the configuration by hitting 'Finish'. You'll have to wait while the image is being uploaded and configured before you can continue with the next step. Tap on the image to see it in fullscreen.
